Coaching may help you understand your circumstances, identify possible changes and take practical action. However, results vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee that participation will:

• prevent, diagnose, treat or cure a health condition;

• remove pain or other symptoms;

• produce a particular physical or emotional change;

• improve your income or working circumstances;

• achieve a particular goal; or

• produce results within a specific period.

Your results may be affected by your health, personal circumstances, participation, decisions and factors outside our control.

Courses and general information

Course materials, articles, videos, emails and other resources are prepared for a general audience. They cannot take account of every person’s health history, medication, circumstances or individual needs.
