The Natural Flow Method
A calendar invitation and a confirmation email are on their way to you now. Peter will see you at the time you chose.
Here is what happens between now and then.
You will receive it by email within the next few minutes. It is a short set of questions that maps where your load is coming from and where your recovery is leaking out.
You complete it in your own time. Peter reads your answers before the session. By the time you meet, you have laid out the landscape and he has already walked it.
It covers:
Neither of you starts the hour blind.
This is not a consultation. It is not a sales call. It is the first working session of the method, done with you, live, from your own floor.
Clear a space where you can lie flat on your back. A carpeted floor, a yoga mat, the rug in your living room. You need to be horizontal and undisturbed for sixty minutes. Have your phone or laptop positioned so Peter can see you lying down.
Peter takes the load off. Removing gravity is the first intervention. You have been bracing against the world for years. Lying down is where that brace starts to release.
He works outward before inward. Your eyes, your room, the weight of your body into the floor. Your nervous system gets the signal that where you are is safe, and the freeze begins to thaw.
You learn to catch it before it catches you. You leave knowing the physical markers of your own bracing pattern and a sixty-second reset you can use anywhere, without anyone noticing.
Most people who arrive at this page have been through the tracking, the diets, the apps, and the treatments, and nothing has stuck. Booking a session with a chiropractor you found online is not a small thing. It means you have stopped looking for another thing to eliminate and started looking at the system underneath.
That is the right place to be looking.
