The Natural Flow Method
Peter Bennett, chiropractor. Twenty-five years of reading nervous systems by hand, now teaching you to read your own.
Two minutes, seven questions. Find out what your body is actually carrying, and what to do about it first.
One short quiz. A real answer, not a score.
You've had the tests. The doctor said nothing's wrong. You've tried the app, the stretching routine, the yoga video, the early night that didn't fix anything.
So you've decided this is just what your body is like now. That you're getting older, or run down, or that everyone feels like this and you're simply less good at coping with it than you thought.
Here's what twenty-five years in clinic showed me: your body isn't failing. It's carrying more load than its capacity can process, and it has been for a long time. That's not a character flaw. It's a physiological state, and you can measure it.
Seven questions, about two minutes. They measure two things most assessments ignore: the load you're carrying, and the capacity you have to recover from it. The gap between those two numbers is what you've been feeling.
You'll get:
No "wellness score." No generic advice to drink more water. If your results came back normal and you still feel wiped out, this is the part nobody measured.
Most of what you've tried asks your thinking brain to solve a problem your thinking brain didn't create. Talk therapy. Coaching. Another mindfulness app. More discipline.
Load doesn't work that way. It accumulates in tissue, in breath, in the way you brace against a desk for nine hours and then brace against the dark for another three. You can't think your way out of it any more than you can think your way out of a fever.
So we don't start with thinking. We start with the body's signal: what it's carrying, where it's stuck, what it needs first.
Change the signal and the body reorganises around it. That's not philosophy, it's what organisms do. It's also why the order matters: one input, at the right dose, at the right time. Not twelve things at once.
I'm Peter Bennett. I've spent twenty-five years as a chiropractor, mostly with my hands on people who'd been told there was nothing wrong with them.
I'd adjust a patient's spine and they'd come back the following week with something I hadn't treated. Sleeping through the night for the first time in years. The anxiety they hadn't mentioned during the consultation, quieter. One woman told me she'd stopped crying in the car before work. She hadn't told me she was crying in the car before work. She told me after it stopped.
Patterns like that accumulate over a quarter of a century. You stop seeing a spine as a mechanical fault and start seeing a structure that carries the load of a life. And you learn that when you change the physical signal, the person reorganises around it: the posture, the boundaries, the emotional range, the sense of what's possible.
The Natural Flow Method came out of that. It's the way I now teach people to read their own body's load and do something about it, without needing me in the room.
Two minutes, seven questions, and a clear next step matched to where your body actually is.
No email needed to see your result.
It's a quiz, and yes, it ends with a recommendation. Some people's band leads to a free practice, others to a small tool or a one-to-one assessment. If the free thing is right for you, it'll tell you that. What it won't do is give everyone the same answer.
Nothing about your structure, and nothing about your diagnosis. What it measures is load against recovery capacity, which doesn't show on a scan. Plenty of people with clean results are carrying far more load than they can process; that gap is what makes you ache, sleep badly and never quite switch off. Your score is the part nobody measured.
About two minutes. Seven questions. No email required to see your result (it's optional if you'd like a copy sent to you).
Both, because they're usually the same load showing up in different places. The quiz asks about pain, tension, sleep, jaw clenching, energy and the ability to switch off. Answer for the last month or so, and pick everything that's true, including the things that feel normal to you by now.
Then your result will show you where the load is still coming from, which is usually the part that isn't on the list. That's the useful bit.
